FitSchedule ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the FitSchedule mobile application.

FitSchedule operates on a local-first, privacy-focused principle:

All data stays on your device: All information you enter into FitSchedule (including member names, contact information, session data, events, and schedules) is stored locally on your device only.
No cloud storage: We do not upload, sync, or store any of your data on external servers or cloud services.
No account required: FitSchedule does not require registration, login, or account creation.
No tracking: We do not track your usage, collect analytics, or monitor your behavior within the app.

2. Contact Access

FitSchedule requests access to your device contacts to allow you to import member information:

Contact access is optional and only used when you choose to import contacts.
Contact data is only read when you explicitly select contacts to import.
Imported contact information is stored locally on your device.
We never upload or share your contacts with any third party.

3. WhatsApp Integration

The App includes a feature to open WhatsApp conversations with your members:

This feature simply opens the WhatsApp app on your device with a pre-filled phone number.
We do not access WhatsApp messages or data.
We do not track or record WhatsApp usage.

4. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

Your data security depends on your device's security (passcode, biometric lock, etc.).
We recommend keeping your device secure and backed up.
If you delete the app, all data stored within it will be permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

FitSchedule does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

6. Age Restrictions

FitSchedule is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect or store any personal information on external servers, there are no age-related privacy concerns associated with using this app.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Terms of Service

By downloading and using FitSchedule ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FitSchedule for your personal or professional scheduling needs.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FitSchedule only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices.
Use the App to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.

3. No Warranties

FitSchedule is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
That any defects will be corrected.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or information.
Loss of business or revenue.
Loss resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

5. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Backing up your device and the data stored in FitSchedule.
The accuracy of information you enter into the App.
Maintaining the security of your device.
Any consequences of data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

6. Intellectual Property

FitSchedule and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the FitSchedule team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Free Service

FitSchedule is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FitSchedule immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FitSchedule regarding the use of the App.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

Data Access: You have full access to all your data at all times through the App.
Data Deletion: You can delete individual items within the App or delete all data by uninstalling the App.
Data Portability: Your data remains on your device and is controlled by you.
No Data Requests Needed: Since we don't store your data, there's no need to request data access or deletion from us.
